User Recharge Agreement

This agreement is entered between the user and BlinkDrama regarding the recharge services provided on the BlinkDrama platform. "BlinkDrama" refers to Atlas Ventures Culture & Technology Limited. and its associated operational units. "User" refers to the individual accessing services provided by BlinkDrama.

Special Notes

1.1 BlinkDrama provides internet-based recharge services (hereinafter referred to as “recharge services”) as stipulated in this agreement and its periodically updated operational rules. Users wishing to recharge must read and accept all terms of this agreement and follow on-screen prompts.

1.2 This agreement also incorporates the "BlinkDrama User Agreement." Upon its official release, it becomes an integral part of this agreement, which users must also adhere to.

1.3 By proceeding with the recharge process after reading this agreement, users acknowledge full acceptance of its terms. BlinkDrama may update these terms, with changes being indicated on relevant pages. Should users disagree with the agreement or its amendments, they are advised to cease using BlinkDrama services.

Service Description

2.1 Services under this agreement refer to the recharge platform services of BlinkDrama. Specifically, BlinkDrama provides a platform where users can recharge for products or services for themselves or others.

2.2 Certain online services (like top-up or subscription services) might incur fees, which will be clearly mentioned on related pages. Users who disagree with these fees can opt not to avail of these services.

2.3 Users understand that BlinkDrama only provides the online service. Any related equipment or associated costs are borne by the user.

Usage Rules

3.1 Users must be the account holder for the payment method linked, ensuring they haven't infringed on any third-party rights.

3.2 Recharges must be done via methods specified by BlinkDrama. If users recharge using unauthorized systems or illicit methods, BlinkDrama holds no responsibility for compensation.

3.3 Once a recharge is successful, it's deemed complete. Refunds or changes will not be entertained unless the product/service is unusable.

3.4 When using the recharge system, users must double-check their account details. Mistakes made due to user errors or misunderstandings are the user's responsibility.

3.5 Violations of BlinkDrama's user agreement or this recharge agreement may result in account suspension without any compensation.

3.6 Discrepancies caused by the BlinkDrama recharge system will be addressed appropriately given valid user data and evidence.

3.7 Virtual products or services obtained via BlinkDrama or its authorized channels will follow instructions or guides provided on BlinkDrama. BlinkDrama does not offer returns or exchanges for virtual products.

3.8 Users should obtain virtual products or services through official channels. Accounts suspected of illicit recharge activities might be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3.9 All virtual products/services should be obtained through official BlinkDrama channels. Unofficial acquisitions have no legal effect on BlinkDrama, which retains the right to recall virtual products and terminate services if necessary.

Privacy Protection

4.1 In order to complete transactions and fulfill orders, BlinkDrama may collect data related to your order on the Service (e.g., transaction history), payment information required to complete the transaction (e.g., third-party payment information required for payment and automatic payment);

4.2 BlinkDrama may collaborate with third parties to offer services. If these third parties uphold equivalent privacy standards, BlinkDrama may share user data with them.

4.3 Without compromising individual user privacy, BlinkDrama can analyze its entire user database for commercial usage. Despite immense efforts, BlinkDrama cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Disclaimer

BlinkDrama does not guarantee that:

(i) Services will meet user expectations

(ii) Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Changes, Interruptions, or Termination of Service

6.1 In the event of system maintenance or upgrades that necessitate a temporary suspension of online recharge services, BlinkDrama will make every effort to notify users in advance.

6.2 BlinkDrama reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the network services provided under this agreement at any time without notifying the user, should any of the following circumstances arise:

(a) The personal information provided by the user is found to be untruthful;

(b) The user breaches the usage regulations stipulated in this agreement.

6.3 Apart from the scenarios mentioned above, BlinkDrama also reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the online recharge services without prior notice. For such service interruptions or terminations, BlinkDrama is not obliged to bear any responsibility towards the user or any third parties.

Compensation for Breach

7.1 Users agree to protect and uphold the interests of BlinkDrama and other users. Should a user breach any relevant laws, regulations, or any terms under this agreement, causing losses to BlinkDrama or any other third parties, the user agrees to bear the ensuing damages and compensation responsibilities.

Notifications and Deliveries

8.1 All notifications under this agreement can be made via major page announcements, email, or conventional mail. Such notifications are considered delivered on the day of dispatch.

Other Provisions

9.1 This agreement constitutes a complete agreement between both parties concerning the stipulated matters and other relevant issues. Apart from the rights conferred in this agreement, no other rights are granted to any party.

9.2 Should any clause in this agreement be entirely or partially invalid or unenforceable due to any reason, the remaining terms of this agreement shall remain valid and binding.

9.3 The titles in this agreement are set for convenience and do not hold any legal or contractual significance.
